The ATP-CTP bridges the knowledge gap between a commercial pilot certificate holder and an air carrier environment pilot. SkyEagle Aviation Academy utilizes a syllabus for Academic and FSTD Training segments in accordance with AC 61-138A and FAR Part 141. The ATP-CTP course is mandatory for applicants to pass the ATM (ACM) FAA written test.
The Academic training segment includes 30 hours of ground school (in-person). The FSTD Training segment comprises 4 hours of FTD training and 6 hours in a Level D Full Flight Simulator.
Successful completion of an End-of-course Written test is required. Attendance at all Academic Training lessons and FSTD sessions is mandatory; absence necessitates retaking the entire segment with a subsequent group.
The training is provided by Bewired USA LLC and operated as “SkyEagle Aviation Academy” which is recognized by the FAA under CFR Part 141 (Certificate number 8SKS134L). “ATP.Academy” is the registered fictitious name.
The full schedule and prices are available and current on www.atp.academy. Reservations can be made via phone, online booking form, email, or other methods, but they are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Incomplete payments mean we cannot reserve class seats.
The price of the training services is fixed and binding at the time of invoice issuance. Once the invoice is issued, the cost of training will remain unchanged for the student, regardless of any subsequent price adjustments, revisions, or special offers published by ATP.Academy on its official website. The Provider will not adjust the price on the invoice or offer refunds for any price differences after the invoice has been issued.
The Provider reserves the exclusive right to terminate a student’s enrollment and issue a full refund, in accordance with Item 5 of the Cancellation Policy, in case of any disputes regarding the cost of the course. The Provider also reserves the right to refuse enrollment or re-enrollment of a student at its sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
ATP.Academy does not offer refunds if a student fails to attend on the scheduled start date of the course or is unable to obtain TSA approval in a timely manner. While ATP.Academy will make every effort to assist in rescheduling simulator sessions, additional fees may apply, up to the full cost of the course, depending on the availability of simulator slots and instructors.
We do not provide refunds or allow rescheduling for classes purchased at a special price. If you wish to reschedule a class bought under a special offer published on our official website, you will need to pay the difference to the standard course price.
ATP.Academy will provide the class schedule to participants no later than 24 hours before commencement.
Classes usually start on Mondays at 12:00 pm local (EST) time, running for 5 days, 6 hours daily. Simulator sessions typically occur at night, starting at 11:30 pm or 7:30 pm, depending on simulator slots availability.
ATP.Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules as necessary.
The Provider may cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment, unavailable instructors, or simulators. Affected students will be offered a rescheduling option.
Individuals are responsible for preparing and completing the ATM (AMC) FAA written test. The ATP-CTP class is not designed for test preparation.
Any student without a US Passport will need TSA clearance to access the simulator centers. Even if a student possesses a valid green card or permanent resident card, TSA clearance is mandatory for training. It is strongly recommended to initiate the TSA clearance process as soon as possible, as it may take 30 days or more to grant final approval.
Students bear full responsibility for obtaining TSA approval before starting the ATP-CTP course. Detailed instruction could be found on our website www.atp.academy and on TSA portal under User Guide section. Access to the simulator is contingent upon TSA approval, and we will not be able to refund the payment in case you don’t get TSA approval on time.
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP/CTP) is exempt only if the candidate holds a stand-alone Pilot certificate. For example, if the candidate holds a Multi-Engine or Type rating, the provider does not need to create a training event for the ATP rating; however, if the candidate is training for a Multi-Engine rating or for a Type rating and the ATP, the provider must notify TSA of the Multi-Engine or Type rating training event.
M-1 visa support, if needed, incurs a $600 I-20 fee.

Graduation Requirements:
SkyEagle Aviation Academy maintains training records for 12 months post-graduation, per FAA requirements. Duplicates of lost or unusable graduation certificates can be issued.
