Choosing Accommodation for ATP Training
The ATP-CTP course spans just one week, or approximately two weeks if you opt for additional ATP type or non-type rating training. At ATP Academy, our training programs are designed to be immersive and include both theoretical lessons and practical sessions using our evening/night simulators. To fully benefit from your training, we advise selecting accommodation close to our facility. Living nearby minimizes commute time and maximizes the energy you can devote to your studies.

A significant benefit of training with ATP.Academy is the strategic location of our simulators, which are situated just 10-15 minutes away from our main training centers. This proximity offers a considerable advantage, allowing for seamless transitions between classroom learning and practical simulator sessions. Given this closeness, we highly recommend that students choose accommodation nearby. Staying close to both the training facilities and simulators minimizes travel time, enhances convenience, and provides more opportunities for study and practice, maximizing the effectiveness of your training experience.

The Simulators are located west of Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Int. Airport near the control tower: 1450 Lee Wagener Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. It is about a 12-15-minute drive from ATP.Academy main building to the simulators via I-95.
